Welcome! Are you an empty nester that finally has the time and space to focus on your health but you’re…

Frustrated with your progress – whether it’s inconsistent exercise and eating patterns or what you’ve tried simply isn’t giving you the results you hoped for.  You’re wondering if fitness and fun can truly coexist.

Concerned about a recent diagnosis and the doctor is encouraging you to make some lifestyle changes.

Experiencing low energy levels or weight gain and you’re wondering how to tackle those sleepless nights or stress filled days (or both!).

Excited about a major milestone in your life and you want to look and feel your absolute best so that you can truly seize the day.

Motivated to take the next step but unsure what to do. You’ve read plenty of books and articles without any lasting changes.

First, let’s make sure you’re in the right place.

If you’re anything like the women I’ve worked with, I bet this stage of life feels both wonderful and a little unnerving.

Wonderful – because you have the time and space to make this YOUR TIME.

Unnerving – because you’re starting to feel a decrease in your overall vitality.

This time of your life was meant to be filled with freedom and fun! More and more, you’re concerned your body may hold you back from enjoying the future you’ve imagined.

Listen, it’s not your fault. The struggle is real!

There is so much information out there that it can be difficult to make sense of it all.  Where do you start? How do you make it enjoyable? And what’s even safe to do?

If you’re overwhelmed with where to begin, frustrated with the rollercoaster ride of starts and stops or simply feeling stuck in a rut – it’s totally normal!

Much of what is out there is designed by those without a keen understanding of where you’re at in your unique stage of life and a one size fits all program isn’t personally designed for you to thrive.

And there’s so much extreme advice that quite literally takes the joy out of the wellness journey!

There is a better way and the solution is actually quite simple.

People say there is no magic pill for getting healthier at any age, but I beg to differ.

There is a magic pill and it’s called MOVEMENT!

According to Newton, “A body in motion stays in motion.” The good news is that when you begin to move, you’ll actually gain momentum.

When you learn how to pair small action steps with enjoyment and alignment, you can become free of what’s holding you back!

Imagine how amazing it would feel to erase any aches and pains, lose weight more easily or conquer your chronic health conditions.

Movement in your body, mind and soul is like medicine that turns back the clock and ramps up joy.

“Lisa has truly inspired me to make healthy changes that have significantly improved my life. She has helped me with some major life transitions all during the many ups and downs experienced during Covid. She has coached me on nutrition and fitness and provided motivation to build new habits into my daily life routines. She has mastered the art of coaching virtually and I always look forward to our appointments, as she has become a coach and friend. I can’t wait to meet her in person when she comes to my upcoming wedding.”

“Lisa is the perfect Health and Wellness Coach. She is never judgmental, but always encouraging. I appreciate her vast knowledge of women’s health (especially for me, 50+ years) and how it guides her approach to improving overall health and lifestyle. Her suggestions on ways to “tweak” diet, lifestyle and habits, will lead you to a feeling of accomplishment and a noticeably healthier mind and body!”
